  • What is the payment method?

    You can book with credit or debit card, by bank transfer or digital wallet (PayPal, Revolut Pay, among others).

  • What time can I check in? What time is the check out?

    Check-in from 17h… Check-out until 10h… possibility of late check-out (subject to availability).

  • How does the check-in work?

    The check-in can be done in two ways: in-person or self check-in, and this may vary depending on the property.

    The in-person check-in is available from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. and is carried out by a member of our team at a previously agreed time and location. If you prefer a more flexible option, it is possible to request a self check-in.

    For self check-in, once the house has been prepared and inspected by our team, detailed instructions are sent so you can complete the process independently. If you prefer an in-person check-in instead of self check-in, there is an additional cost of €30 (VAT included).

  • Is it possible to check in between 22h and 10h?

    Yes, it's possible, in that case, the check-in is done autonomously.

  • Are bed and bath towels provided?

    Yes, all properties have bed and bath towels.

  • Is there a service to replace bed and bath towels and extra cleaning?

    Yes, but it has an extra cost equivalent to the cleaning fee and must be scheduled.
